Rental Process
- Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Tenant pays 1 month’s rent
- Tenancy Agreement (TA) is prepared and signed
- Tenant transfers 2 months’ rent
- Pay Stamp Duty (SD) to the government
- Deposit $500 for utilities (water, electricity, gas)
